Exhibit greeters are present for a 2 to 2 1/2 hour shift at the Exhibit location.

The greeter responsibilities include 

• Welcome visitors to the exhibit.

• Count vistors entering.

• Sell program books to visitors.

• Assist visitors with questions about the exhibit or refer them to an exhibit chair.

• Verify any donations to the Festival collected with a member of the finance team.

• Notify the exhibit chairs of any issues that might arise.
